[The smell of the warming scone mixes with the fresh coffee. It is eventually pushed over with little containers of blueberry jam and cream, coffee set next to them.

Thank you. Things are pretty good. I've been in a bit of a rut lately... I was ill ask last week.

[ cups the coffee between her hands with a hum, just taking in its warmth and the smells. ]

I'm sure your shop will pick up quickly enough... it's a bit odd for it to be totally empty even at this hour.

There's a new breakfast place opening today. You know how it is.

Oh-- no, I couldn't possibly. Aside from taking up space without being a paying customer, you make my favorite coffee anyway...
