[ Aphelios is - - losing it laughing, hiding his face in his shoulder. ]

[The good thing about Phel being on Sett's good side is it means he can just lift a hand and unceremoniously shove him off of the mattress.]

[THEN TURNS- oh no. Nope. That hurt. Stops. LOOKS back to Val and the profile.]

[ watches this happen with a hand over her mouth-- it's hard not to laugh, phel is infectious-- but smiles at Sett brightly as he turns back. Good! Very cute! ]

[ laughing even as he manages to crawl his way back onto the mattress. shifts to rest an elbow on Sett, so he can see when he signs... gestures to the sprained arm.

there is a devilish look in his eyes. ]

"Want me to kiss it better?"

[Sett has suddenly realized he has unlocked an entirely new way to be terrorized.

He can't even do catmath on this. HE'S JUST.]

[ sees that-- and her blush deepens significantly, but she. Turns her head away? Focuses on her phone?? In some semblance of giving them privacy...?

Or else pretending she didn't notice. ]

[ Aphelios nods. look he's waited this long.

... looks at Valencia, looks at Sett, first, though. with Valencia looking away, ]

"You might have to share, though."

[... He follows that and- There's a little avalanche of realizations. He'd moved in while Aphelios and Valencia were getting close but he likes them both. And SETT likes them both.

But has no idea if Valencia likes them both.

Clearly he should just ask.]

I mean... I asked about sharing, but uh... You okay with sharing? [To Valencia.] I mean. I like you, too. So.

[ Looks back up when she realizes she's being talked to and. For a long moment she doesn't actually seem to parse what it is he's saying, staring between them with wide eyes.

And then Sett can probably hear her heartrate ratchet way up, while her face and ears and neck go entirely blotchy red, and she frantically signs (and fucks up a few words, so has to keep "repeating" herself). ]

"No no no I don't want to get in your way,

I mean I like you both very much,

I don't want to make things difficult, or complicated,

So I'll go? I'll go. So you can have some privacy."

[ Aphelios sighs. shakes his head at Sett and - - Valencia too, really. he shifts - - unfortunately Sett just has a Aphelios practically half on top of him now but he's careful to avoid the sprained arm. he signs at Valencia; faintly red himself though not nearly as compromised, like this is something he's been thinking about for a a bit - - ]

"I want you to stay. I really like you too."

[ - - and if she doesn't move away he'll be trying to kiss her, a proper one on the lips. ]

[OKAY THIS IS JUST HAPPENING RIGHT OVER HIM THIS IS FINE.]

[ this is a lot. her hands-- whole body, really-- freezes up under that, face hot and eyes wide. There's like fifty different things going through her head right now, like did he mean to do that? and is this part of an extended joke? and oh god we're basically on top of Sett and what is this even revenge for at this point and, perhaps most importantly, what the hell am I supposed to do???

Hesitantly? Cautiously? She settles a hand on Phel's shoulder, curling her fingers into his shirt. It's not quite leaning into it, but she's certainly not pulling away. You may have stunlocked her. ]

[ success. he lingers in that - - gives her time to warm up to it, taking it as encouragement that she's not pulling back, that she's touching him in response. one hand shifts to cup her face, a further attempt to try to show He Is Quite Fond Of Her and touching her is nice, actually.

he is also conscious about being on top of Sett. his free hand moves, shifts to awkwardly try to pat him on the shoulder as thanks for the patience... and then that hand slides up to his hair, finds an ear to pet. ]

[Look, he's not losing out here. There's quite the view to watching two of his favorite people kiss over him, especially with that kind of tenderness.

As Val is utterly being destroyed, Sett's just going to enjoy that, leaning frankly into that hand.]
